Jowy Question (S2 Spoilers)

you can't really compare snowe to jowy. jowy killed people with his own hands, only thing snowe did was get lazlo kicked out of razril and made a agreement with the kooluk, where snowe doesn't seem the type to be able to kill a person. killing the mayor i think is a much bigger crime then selling out his own country. but then again in some cases it's not.
