Does anyone think that Victor looks exactly like Hervey facial wise they have that same scar thing on their left cheek. (is it a scar) I only noticed the resemblence the other day while looking through the S4 guide does anyone else also think this?

I doubt it. I think they were designed by the same person, and I guess it would be near impossible to design 200+ characters and not have a single one of them resemble anyone else. Besides, they would probably have alluded to it if it were indeed true, since Viktor was such an important character in the first two games.
