Hmm, since Harmonia is destroying their port at Dusumnek, does that mean we're unable to invade? (So is the battle called off, then...?) Or is Harmonia unable to destroy their port, because we're invading?

Sars Ad-Minh has stated that the destruction of a port takes a full phase, so we will be able to attack this phase, but if we fail to take the port (actually, not take the port but gain maritime superiority) then the destruction of Dusumnek's fort will take place.

I think more interesting dilemma around Dusumnek is what happens after this phase? Will the port be destroyed either way, meaning Falena could end up taking a new region, but lacking a port, meaning it'd be cut off from the mainland.

I don't really get how the whole Barko Saywa thing works between Scarlet Moon Empire and Makanakuy. Makanakuy attacks Tinto via land and also via sea. Does the naval battle (between the victor [of Makanakuy vs Scarlet Moon Empire] vs Tinto Republic) also occur this phase?

The naval battle happens this phase. Here's how it goes.

SME and Makanakuy do one turn of battle to see who gets to attack Barko Saywa this phase.

The winner attacks Barko Saywa by sea, also in this phase.

Makanakuy, either way, is attacking Barko Saywa by land this phase. If they win the land battle, then the results of the naval battle is inconsequential. If they lose the land battle (but win the naval battle), then the effect is that Tinto can't launch an attack from that port next phase.

If Scarlet Moon Empire beat Makanakuy on naval battle, then Scarlet Moon Empire beat Tinto on naval battle, and at the same time Makanakuy beat Tinto on the land battle, would Scarlet Moon Empire already have the maritime superiority over Barko Saywa for the next phase (since the land changed hand from Tinto to Makanakuy)?

I would think so, since in phase 2 Falena gained maritime superiority over Zexen at Budehuc, but Zexen lost Budehuc to the Nameless Lands in the same phase. In phase 3, Falena still had maritime superiority and engaged the Nameless Lands in the land battle.
