Castle Names - What are Yours?

No one named their castles "White Castle?!"

I mean I guess it makes sense, since Harold & Kumar go to White Castle hadn't been released before Suikoden I, II, & III. Ooooh well...

But, you know, looking back on it, you have to admit that it sounds funny. :mrgreen:

Now, for those of you who do NOT get it yet, White Castle is a Fast Food chain that (I THINK) exists nationally, but at least I know they're pretty prevalent here in the Detroit area. They serve these tiny little burgers that they sell in sacks of 10, 20, or a crave case of like 30 or something... Anyway, these are the greasiest little burgers money can buy, and they even come complete with five little holes in them... I think that's so they cook faster. These burgers have been akin to being called "sliders" and have a tendancy to cause gaseous expulsions which have the tendancy to eat the flesh that comes into contact with these vapors. Disgusting little things, that should probably be avoided at all costs.

However, White Castle chicken rings are pretty good...

Oh yeah, as for the castle names...

Suikoden I: Coronet, Toran

Suikoden II: Victory, WHITE CASTLE

Suikoden III: Imperial

Suikoden IV: THIS WAS NOT A CASTLE!!! lol Anyway, I named my ship the "Invincible."

Actually I don't think I mentioned my castle names, since the threads still going I may as well do so I think.

Suikoden 1: Blade Castle
Suikoden 2: Blade Castle
Suikoden 3: B1ade Castle (I typoed and mistook the l for the 1 in the selection screen!)
Suikoden 4: I can't remember now...it wasn't Blade though, that didn't work for a boat I figured.

hehehe i know i amm perverted.. but the name "marvin"actually came from one of my friend i dunno why but one night we were playing diongeons and dragons( mostly randomness, chaos and hilarity ensued)

and we said the word "marvin a lot" therefore it stayed.


as for the sex, i was playing wiht one of my friend to suikoden 2( the first one i played) and he said let's call it SEX castle!!... what do you know? it stayed!!


after playing suikoden 4 there is one sentence that will stay in my mind for the rest of my life

My Castle Names:

Suikoden: Liberty
Suikoden II: Crystal - Scarlet (not together, I just forget which was my last one)
Suikoden III: Toran (stupid story, don't feel like repeating it once more)
Suukiden IV: Aqua

In the first, I usually go with Toran. But, I'm used Liberty, Freedom, and things like that, too. In the second, I go with Dunan. Not too much originality. In three, I either keep the name, or have changed it to Kyoto. In four, I've always just used the basic names.

First time through it's always as follows:

Castle: Valhalla
Army: Einherjar
Valhalla is from my religion - the great castle of Odin where heroes go to live the afterlife in preparation for Ragnarok, the war that will destroy all the worlds. Einherjar is the name given to those heroes worthy to fight for the gods.


Then once I discover the history of the games its pretty boring:

S1 Castle: Lake/Toran Castle
Pretty obvious, going with either the suggested name or the name of the new country.

S2 Castle: NWindow/Dunan Castle
North Window is clearly too long to fit, so I compressed it since I think the history of that site needs to be preserved as well as the future.

S3 Mansion: Budehuc
Wasn't much leeway on this one, the name was thrown at you.

S4 Galleon: Dauntless
I've never actually called this one anything else. Dauntless is a good name for a massive ship like this one and although I've wanted to name it after some of my viking heritage, I just can't deny Tov and call it anything else.
