I dont remember reading anything in Sindarian,and if she did it would have been at the gate to the ancient ruins, or the seal to the flame champions lair.

Basically just about everything major she did in Suikoden 3 was related to her knowing Sindarin. She didn't specifically "read" anything for us to see though.

Yet she can understand it how is this possible is she sindarian or a sindarian descendent.Last thing is it known who here parents are?

Please try to refrain from using obnoxiously long strings of consonants to stress your point. Bold, italics, or underline do the exact same thing without making you look ridiculous.
Runemaster, it's generally known that she loved Luc, no one is going to argue that. As for her parents, nobody know, and more importantly no one really cares. She's a random person born with the ability to read sindarin and born with a flowing rune attached to her, what two beings produced her is of little importance comparitively.
