Georg Prime - strong character. place some of the best equipments on him and voila!

Pesmerga - i dont really know if this one is strong but he is a part of my team. maybe because he is my fave character (the nice armor design)

Rikimaru - i discovered this through my first play of suiko 2. amada and rikimaru has a very strong unite attack that hits 2 opponents in the same row. add some fury runes to them and they can become unstoppable.

back row:

hero from suiko 4 - rune of punishment! bring forth pain and suffering to all enemies.

mcdohl - soul eater rune! just like above^. inflicts damages like hell.

riou (suiko 2 hero, iirc) - the healer that can also damage heavily.

Ok, lets see here....

Personally, and first of all, I would've like to have had Joshua in my team. Because I really think there would be a unite with him and one of my characters (Humphry). Too bad that can't happen.

Front Row
Flik- Good attack power with reliable magic, well reliable in my oppion. I would deffantly want him in my 'Dream Team'

Humphry- Great defence! I remember having him infront of Riou when I fought Luca Blight. Luca barely did anything to Humphry. I know his speed is slow, but he makes up for it in attack and defence.

Geddoe- I haven't played Suikoden 3 yet, but from the manga of it, Geddoe is already one of my favorites. With his True Lightening Rune, he's very powerful in the magic and fighting catagory. Could replace Flik.

Kasim Hazil- If Flik was to be replaced by Geddoe, then I want Kasim Hazil to take his spot. I think he's kind of under rated as one of the generals, and could very well be one of the better sword fighters of the Suikoden World.

Back Row
Riou- With his healing powers of the Bright Shild Rune, he could keep the party going longer in attacks. Plus he isn't half bad in attacking when you don't need to heal.

Jowy- With Riou and a good sharpened weapon, these two can wipe out a group of enemies. Plus with good attack power and an awesome rune, Jowy is basicly a must in my party.

Jacques- Remember, I haven't played Suikoden 3 yet, I've only read the manga of it. But from it, Jacques looks very cool with his giant bow. I think he would be a great long range or medium ranged fighter.

SUIKODEN HERO ALLSTARS

Tir McDohl (Suikoden 1)- Soul Eater Rune, Fury , Double-beat. Strong,Fast,and SOul Eater is there you know...

Riou (Suikoden 2)- Bright SHield Rune, Fury, Double-beat. Healer, his pshysical attack hurts...

Hugo (Suikoden 3 Flame Champion-My version-) - True Fire Rune, don't need other runes because he'll kick ass with his "Blazing" Fire spell. And he is teenage(Correct me If Im Wrong), that makes he sorta cool...

Geddoe(Suikoden 3) - True Lightning Rune. Scary spell,enough said...

Chris (Suikoden 3) - True Water Rune, Phoenix. Well,what you expect?Healer,Killer Machine,and Goddess of War....

Lazlo(Suikoden 4 Hero) - Rune of Punishment. despite the power of The rune, its side effects makes me sympathized with this hero(same as Tir).his dual wielding its so cool, and his outfits its best among other Hero.I really like his appearence...

Review : All the Runes has Overpowered damage,its for sure. Riou and Chris serves as healer.all the Hero has good physical attack and skill so it will be hurt for those enemies,but besides Chris,everyone has average defense.

[Werewolf Bob]

mmm...its a VERY hard decision but I'd have to say mine would look somthing like this:

Bob- From what ive read, not many people have really played around w/ Bob much.. but this werewolf is a powerhouse! He would serve as one of my main damagers! And as everyone can see from my sn he's one of my favorite characters lol.
Sasarai- Equip him w/ a Flowing Rune to go along w/ his True Earth and you've got an awesome support/healer, not to mention earthquake is never too shabby!
Sierra- if you could use this 800-year-old-vampire-chick's true rune then i think she would be one of the strongest characters, and shes is one of my favorite characters in suikoden..so i gotta put her in!
Luca Blight!- Extremely good tank, who know how much hp he had at the night raid lol.... good damage, and pure evil... haha it'd be great! and i think im the first to pick him :D
Nash- Would be interesting to see Nash and Sierra in the same party together, and he's a gunner and can wield dual-swords heck yeah!
Crowley- With over 100 runes in his body..he's bound to be able to add some of EVERYTHING to the party..and he's cool!

Hmm. I think I'm going to do this without having any True Rune Users in it. Obviously all Heroes + two others = ubersmash smash destroy.

I think I'd like to have...

Front Row : Kirke (S1), Hanna (S2), Ameria (S4)

Back Row : Maxine (S4), Jacques (S3), Viki (All).

Assuming they all fall into a 3-rune slot system (Kirke was stuck in a one-rune game system!), I think that Kirke would still only end up with 2 slots, as he is physical heavy. Given that, my lay-out would be for gear as such.

Kirke : Killer Rune, Counter Rune. (In actual S1, I gave him Clone)
Hanna : Fury Rune, Double-Beat. (Actual set-up)
Ameria : Fury, Warrior Rune, Double-Strike (Actual set-up)

Maxine : Rage Rune, Wizard Rune, Cyclone Rune (Actual set-up)
Jacques : Hazy Rune, Hawk Rune (I believe Hawk is the bow-attack against all)
Fairly sure he only got 2 slots. Same with Kinnison. If I'm wrong, someone please fill me in! Kinnison and Jacques are my favourite archers. If one has more slots than the other, I'll swap them out. >_>
Viki : Mother Earth, Flowing Rune, Blink Rune. (S4 Set-up. If I had some Blue Gate Runes, I'd probably substitute Mother Earth out)

My own Suikoden All-Star Team, huh? Give me a minute to think about this one... okay, I'm done.

Tir McDohl: I like everything about this guy. His weapon of choice, and that Soul Eater is gangsta. He does great all around-damage, whether it be physical or his magic. I liked him in the first Suikoden, and seeing this guy in the next one was just a sweet little bonus.

Sierra Mikain: She's a cute vampire chick. I'd let her suck my blood any day. Okay, all jokes aside, She has an intriguing background. I was totally caught up reading about her in Suikogaiden, that when I finally got the chance to put her in my party, she ended up being a mainstay. I like her magical prowess, but her physical attack looks awesome. She has a cute outfit, too.

Sgt. Joe: I think I'm the only one here that likes the Duck Clan. No one really appreciates them as much as I do. Sgt. Joe is a great guy... err... duck to have around. He's a strong fellow, and he's level headed. His conversations with Hugo always kept him in check, and were in good timing. I set him up in my game to do some great damage, and I think I gave him a Water Orb, for healing backup purposes.

Jeane: Alright, time to break down the science for y'all! The reason why I have Jeane in my party is because she's quite excellent with Lightning magic -- oh hell, who am I kidding? She's freakin' hot. And finally playable in Suikoden IV.

Lalacle: This girl is my defensive specialist. I'd put a Firefly Rune on her, and just let her handle her business. Have you seen her Cross Counter skill? Holy hot diggity, she just takes her opponents, and tucks them into bed. And maybe if they're nice, she'll sing them a bedtime story. Lights out. Good night.

Corselia: She's a cute kid. Corselia is good to have in a party for her positive vibes. She's pretty good with Water Magic, but I'm going to give her a Cyclone Orb for Silent Lake purposes. Maybe give her a Wind Rune, for extra healing spells and that awesome Wind of Sleep. Plus, it would be fun to help her locate that special someone for her. Like a side quest.

So there you have it, ladies and gentlemen. My Suikoden All-Star team.

My dream team consists of my favourite characters (within the 108 stars) throughout the series.
The fact that they're all very powerful and three of them hold true runes is merely coincidence.

Hugo
He doesn't deal as much damage as Emily or Juan but I like him more so he's in. His impressive dodge/counter rates along with his True Fire will further add to his damage. Not to mention it's one of my favourite true runes, even if it does end up damaging your allies a lot.

Georg Prime
A strong serious type to keep his fellow frontliners from getting carried away. He could also teach Sheena a thing or two about swordsmanship.
Good strength, Defense and Speed. Who really needs good magic when you have Luc and Sasarai around?

Sheena
Everybody here knows about Sheena's sickening damage potential. That along with his funny and likable personality make him a must have in my dream team.

My support mage. True Earth Rune (also provides decent attack) and Flowing Rune. Seeing as Luc's using the Pale Gate rune (and I have a weird thing about using the same rune in a party) i'd probably fill that slot with a wizard rune or something.

Kirkis
Something about him made me really like him. Maybe it was the green tights.
It doesn't matter. I'd be proud to have him shooting away in my dream team!

Luc
Offensive Mage. With True Wind (can also support), Thunder and Pale Gate attatched this guy wouldn't be a stranger to dealing out the pain. And keep the fangirls happy doing it

Caesar Silverberg
I loved this guy in Suikoden 3 and it's a shame we didn't get to see more of him. Tutor at E isn't particularly impressive but that doesn't matter since he absolutely rocks.[/i]

Jowy: His dark sword rune goes nicely with Riou.
Ted (S4): Long range, good rune (Soul Eater) and generally well rounded stats. (Two Souleaters!!)

Front:
Valeria (SI): Who could stop her? Infinite use of her Rune is unbeatable. It is kind of strange storywise that she lost that part in Sukoden II.
Sheena (SII): I wasn't sure at first if this was a boy or a girl from the look of it, but he fights like a woman. Unstoppable is the word I looked for.
Oulan (SII): Give her an Rage rune and she kicks many parts of the enemies' body, not just the ass. Every turn her special rune and she pulls the rug out under the enemy's feet. That's style.

Back:
Killey (SII): He is the coolest red devil on the whole planet. Does he use umbrellas or what?
Hero II: He's better than all the rest. Why do I need some tank or one who shakes the ground if my hero is able to heal all wounds in the world?
Bob (SII): The time he is a monster is enough for every enemy. He doesn't even feel the little touch the enemy calls an attack.

Zamza - Greatest character ever, just ask him.
Mitsuba - She's really strong.
Kirke - I need someone who knows how to cut off heads.

Back:
Riou - Best healer ever.
Gijimu - Good strong fighter, and M range. Plus he can wear heavy armor.
Nina - I need a good mage, but if your mage has no physical attack you're screwed when you run out of spells.
