Before Fort Ark is the earliest you can recruit him (yes Namna is a he).....and that IS mentioned in the FAQ.
(The GameFaq Faq is currently a little outdated thanks to the site never updating on the weekend)....so the additional note might be missing on that version.....
But...so naturally....you can still get him until after the attack on Cynas--- which is the cutoff point for ALL RECRUITING.

@blizder:
I'm assuming Gilliam's quest should still be there until after you succeed in taking over Fort Ark...and maybe even after that........but I wouldn't delay it beyond that(Fort Ark takeover) if I were you unless you wanted to on purpose....

A Little Tip in Namna

in Sprout Season He Comes to the Priestess to visit

Even ur too late in the game

As Long as ur not trap in Cynas

you can recruit and talk to him in Neira's rum in 3rd Floor

Note: Just don't GO TO CYNAS AFTER YOU COLLECT THE 12 CHRONICLES BECAUSE YOU CAN'T GO OUT ANYMORE!

:D Manage to Finish the Game Just Today... Even Thoug Incomplete SoDs... it was fun :D

Yah, 2nd Season regardless the Day ...

NOTE TO URSELF--- Dont enter CYNAS after 12th Chronicles or u will never get the LATE chance to recruit Namna

:off topic: To Make Money Always Make Quests and Pass Them Visit Moana and Get Quests

Trading i Think is one of the ways to make money...

Though I Still Can't Get the idea of the trading system in Suikoden Tierkreis...

I seriously think the cutoff is the visit to Cynas BEFORE YOU GET THE 12th CHRONICLE

cuz my Japanese file is right before going off to get the 12th chronicle and I still wasn't able to get stupid Chein to appear....

unfortunately those three items have to be unlocked first before they appear in the trading posts.....so until you unlock them...other stuff may be a better choice....

but that is off topic so....

Chisyu --SEMIAS :: You will first automatically run into him in the entrance of [Grayridge] Chapter hall. He will introduce himself than walk off, You next see him in the town's underground mine (around your 1st return from the Kingdom of [Janam]). He'll talk again then wander off.

Afterwards talk to him in [Naineneis]'s shopping district after gaining support from the porpos-kin, he'll leave again.
Then after that he'll appear in your HQ's tavern area after it upgrades. Just talk to him one last time and he'll join.

hate to be a pain but when i saw him he was in grayridge, then when i went to the mine for the first time, i saw him there to, he and the hero made a bet, do i still go to the mines again after leaving jaman the first time around or is there another way i can get him?

if you met him at the mines already then there's no point going back, just go to your HQ when it's upgraded and you'll find him there.
