Make your predictions here.
My ideal scenario:
Baltimore at Miami
Indianapolis at San Diego
Philadelphia at Minnesota
Atlanta at Arizona
Indianapolis at Tennessee

Indianapolis at Pittsburgh
Philadelphia at Arizona
Pittsburgh vs Philadelphia
What I think will really happen:
Baltimore at Miami
Indianapolis at San Diego
Philadelphia at Minnesota
Atlanta at Arizona
Baltimore at Tennessee
Indianapolis at Pittsburgh
Philadelphia at NY Giants
Atlanta at Carolina
Baltimore at Pittsburgh
Carolina at NY Giants
Pittsburgh vs Carolina
And last of all, my rank 1-12 of teams I want to see win the Super Bowl. Green I'll be happy, gold ambivalent, red pissed off.
1. Pittsburgh
2. Indianapolis
3. Miami
4. Philadelphia
5. NY Giants
6. Minnesota
7. San Diego
8. Carolina
9. Baltimore
10. Tennessee
11. Arizona

Ideal Playoff Picture
Baltimore at Miami
Indianapolis at San Diego
Philadelphia at Minnesota
Atlanta at Arizona
Baltimore at Tennessee
Indianapolis at Pittsburgh
Philadelphia at NY Giants
Atlanta at Carolina
Baltimore at Pittsburgh
Philadelphia at Atlanta
Philadelphia at Pittsburgh
Like you, I wish for an all Pennsylvania Super Bowl, however this is a long shot on the Eagles end.
What I think WILL Happen
Baltimore at Miami
Indianapolis at San Diego
Philadelphia at Minnesota
Atlanta at Arizona
Baltimore at Tennessee
Indianapolis at Pittsburgh
Philadelphia at NY Giants
Arizona at Carolina
Indianapolis at Tennessee
Carolina at NY Giants
Indianapolis at Carolina
My Rankings
1. Pittsburgh
2. Philadelphia
3. Atlanta
4. Indianapolis
5. San Diego
6. Arizona
7. NY Giants
8. Carolina
9. Tennessee
10. Baltimore
11. Minnesota
12. Miami
I'm secretly rooting for the Falcons because I like Matt Ryan and Michael Turner and just to rub it in Michael Vick's face that this team is miles better without him than it ever was with him. Arthur Blank went through so much with this team and for it to rise so quickly to be a contender is great.
I'm not a fan of the Titans, Ravens or Vikings this year. As a Bills fan, I must root against the Dolphins. As for the Panthers, Giants and Cardinals, meh. I know there's a good chance NY or Carolina will make Super Bowl, and both deserve it, but I really don't care either way. As for Arizona, I like Warner but I don't want to see them in the Super Bowl because they're easily the least skilled team in the post season. _________________ I'm sorry and I apologize are the same thing.

Yeah, it's weird for me as a Texans fan to root for Indy, I've just always liked Peyton since before the Texans existed so I can't help it. On the same note, as a fan of the now-defunct Oilers (I know they're now the Titans, but I refuse to accept that) I'm obligated to root against Pittsburgh.
What I think will happen:
Baltimore at Miami
Indianapolis at San Diego
Philadelphia at Minnesota
Atlanta at Arizona
Indianapolis at Tennessee
Miami at Pittsburgh
Philadelphia at NY Giants
Atlanta at Carolina
Indianapolis at Pittsburgh
Carolina at NY Giants
Pittsburgh vs Carolina
I dunno why, but I think Carolina really is that good.
And my rankings:
1. Indianapolis
2. San Diego
3. Carolina
4. Minnesota
5. Philadelphia
6. NY Giants
7. Miami
8. Baltimore
9. Arizona
10. Atlanta
11. Pittsburgh
12. The stadium collapses on itself right before kickoff, killing everyone inside.
13. Tennessee
I mentioned above why I root for Indy and Carolina. San Diego and Minnesota were my preseason Super Bowl picks so I kinda have to have them up there, and Philadelphia and the Giants both beat out Dallas so they're awesome in my book.
I'm indifferent on the next four. I mentioned above why I root against Pittsburgh, and I refuse to root for Tennessee until that shit-faced owner of theirs Bud Adams is no longer the owner, one way or another. _________________

I must be the only person who really likes Arizona. I'm really happy to see them get a shot in the big game, especially as a lifelong Kurt Warner fan. _________________

I like Ken Whisenhunt, I like Russ Grimm, I like Kurt Warner, I have nothing against anyone on their team... I just don't like the notion that the Arizona Cardinals could possibly win a Super Bowl, under any conditions, ever. If this follows the typical pattern of a random NFC team losing to one of three or four AFC dynasties, I'll be fine with it. My opinion would be the same if it was New England, Indy, Baltimore, San Diego, pretty much any team with a playoff hope besides Tennessee.
But that it's Pittsburgh is a nice plus. |

I want Pittsburgh to win but if the Cardinals take it I'll not be angered. I mean it's been a long time coming and for the last 4 years or so the Cardinals should have been contenders but for one reason or another they weren't. Larry Fitzgerald, Anquan Boldin and Kurt Warner are all great guys and deserve it. Kurt's already got a ring but just about everyone else on that Cardinals team is new to the big dance. It'd be nice to see a Cinderella story come true. I don't consider the Giants a Cinderella story so much as it's a David vs Goliath.
But I'll be rooting for Big Ben and Fast Willie Parker on Feb 1st. I think the game will be 27-24 and the game is won in the hands of the Steelers Defense. Troy Polamalu and James Harrison step it up big time. _________________ I'm sorry and I apologize are the same thing.

1 point off. Damn. And James Harrison really stepped it up. 100 yard step up! Kudos for my psychic powers. _________________ I'm sorry and I apologize are the same thing.
