Week 2
Oakland Raiders at Kansas City Chiefs - The Chiefs are easily one of the least talented teams in the NFL. I actually think Huard is a better fit under center for their offense, however, and he's got some targets (Gonzalez, Bowe). I just can't pick Oakland here after Monday Night.
Green Bay Packers at Detroit Lions - Detroit is apparently incapable of stopping the rush, and Ryan Grant will have a field day here. Add in a strong passing attack and the Lions are... well, done. Better luck next year, Jon.
Tennessee Titans at Cincinnati Bengals - I like the Titans better without Young at the helm.
Chicago Bears at Carolina Panthers - Go Bears go! I believe in Matt Forte!
Buffalo Bills at Jacksonville Jaguars - I say the Jaguars' loss last week was a random fluke, and that Jacksonville will be hungry to reclaim some respect here. Buffalo looks quite improved, but I'm not sold.
New Orleans Saints at Washington Redskins - The Saints lose Colston, which is going to hurt, but they've got a lot of other weapons on this team. Sorry Geddoe!
Indianapolis Colts at Minnesota Vikings - Minnesota will not win games until they find a way to pass the football. Peterson can be contained, and then Minnesota falls flat. I do not think the Vikings are a good team. The question here for me is whether Peyton and his O-Line can take on Minnesota's defense.
New York Giants at St. Louis Rams - The Rams had absolutely nothing going on at all in any way shape or form last week. And they're already suffering injuries. Looks like a bad season.
San Francisco 49ers at Seattle Seahawks - Here's how I picture this one: Seattle is crippled by injuries; that we can all agree on. However, the 49ers will proceed to turn the ball over 10,000 times in the first half and give away the game, and Seattle will walk away with their heads held high.
Atlanta Falcons at Tampa Bay Buccaneers - Best game of Michael Turner's career happened last week.
Miami Dolphins at Arizona Cardinals - Arizona has no excuses to lose these games besides being Arizona. That won't be enough here.
New England Patriots at New York Jets - The Jets are going to be really hungry for this one.
Baltimore Ravens at Houston Texans - I refuse to pick Baltimore.
San Diego Chargers at Denver Broncos - The Broncos really, really, really, really want to beat San Diego. But they won't.
Pittsburgh Steelers at Cleveland Browns - This game should be exciting. The Steelers are great, though.
Philadelphia Eagles at Dallas Cowboys - Could be a shootout here, but few teams shoot harder than Dallas. Unfortunately. _________________

Oakland Raiders at Kansas City Chiefs- Why does Herm Edwards still have a job?
Green Bay Packers at Detroit Lions - Will Donald Lee score?
Tennessee Titans at Cincinnati Bengals- Kerry Collins to the rescue?
Chicago Bears at Carolina Panthers - Toss up.
Buffalo Bills at Jacksonville Jaguars - Jags o-line does look mediocre, these next few weeks will show if they are the contenders I think they can be.
New Orleans Saints at Washington Redskins - Washington has looked awful. But I picked them to make the playoffs. I'm still wondering why I did that.
Indianapolis Colts at Minnesota Vikings
New York Giants at St. Louis Rams
San Francisco 49ers at Seattle Seahawks
Atlanta Falcons at Tampa Bay Buccaneers- I think Turner is a really good back. Falcons will be competitive this year.
Miami Dolphins at Arizona Cardinals - If Warner keeps the mistakes down, Cardinals might surprise.
New England Patriots at New York Jets - 100-0 Jets? Billy regresses to pre-brady coaching abilities.
Baltimore Ravens at Houston Texans
San Diego Chargers at Denver Broncos -Eddie Royal! Why did you have to suffer from Glennonitis at VT?
Pittsburgh Steelers at Cleveland Browns
Philadelphia Eagles at Dallas Cowboys |

I don't see myself personally having the time to maintain this until October or November, so just keep them coming and I'll tally it all then. Here are mine:
Chicago at Carolina
Tennessee at Cincinnati
Green Bay at Detroit
Buffalo at Jacksonville
Oakland at Kansas City
Indianapolis at Minnesota
NY Giants at St. Louis
New Orleans at Washington
San Francisco at Seattle
Atlanta at Tampa Bay
Miami at Arizona
San Diego at Denver
Baltimore at Houston
New England at NY Jets - I still have faith in my #2 team
Pittsburgh at Cleveland
Philadelphia at Dallas
Lots of away teams winning this week. We'll see how it goes. |

Well, fortunately Jon Kitna is a terrible quarterback, or I would have been more worried for the Packers.
Throwing three interceptions in three pass attempts, two of which were returned for touchdowns? _________________ Da nanananana... hey! Nanananana! |

Week 3
Oakland at Buffalo - Buffalo is kicking ass, aren't they? Big improvements in that club. Plus, Marshawn Lynch is a beast.
Tampa Bay at Chicago - Go Bears!
Carolina at Minnesota - If Matt Forte can do it...
Miami at New England
Cincinnati at NY Giants
Houston at Tennessee
Arizona at Washington - See? Arizona really is out of excuses.
New Orleans at Denver
Detroit at San Francisco - 20,000 turnovers here.
St. Louis at Seattle - Sounds like the owner is ready to fire the entire Rams organization and just start over with 53 rookies.
Cleveland at Baltimore
Jacksonville at Indianapolis
Pittsburgh at Philadelphia
Dallas at Green Bay
NY Jets at San Diego - As long as San Diego doesn't get robbed of any more fumbles... _________________

Oakland at Buffalo - Good to see my team on top.
Tampa Bay at Chicago - Tough call.
Carolina at Minnesota - Another that could go either way.
Miami at New England - Damn soft schedule.
Cincinnati at NY Giants - I think the Bengals coach's days are numbered.
Houston at Tennessee - On defense alone, but Houston could surprise us.
Arizona at Washington - Hmm, tough choice in my opinion.
New Orleans at Denver - They're playing too good to lose. I like a good shoot out.
Detroit at San Francisco - What a pitiful matchs
St. Louis at Seattle - Maybe a win finally for the Seahawks?
Cleveland at Baltimore - Cleveland has to start winning at some point, don't they?
Jacksonville at Indianapolis - If the Jags were healthy, this would be a good match, it still could be given Indy's play thus far.
Pittsburgh at Philadelphia - Why are all matchups this week so close? I think McNabb can do to Pittsburgh's D what it did to Dallas's.
Dallas at Green Bay - Clash of the titans here. Go Aaron!
NY Jets at San Diego - Horrible Monday Night game. Ugh. _________________ I'm sorry and I apologize are the same thing.

Oakland at Buffalo
Oakland was playing the Chiefs. They looked good because they were playing THE CHIEFS.
Tampa Bay at Chicago
Because Brian Griese has inside knowledge of how the Bears work, mostly.
Carolina at Minnesota
It will play out like every other Vikings game. ADP will go crazy in the first half, they'll put eight people up front to stop him, Jackson has to pass, team falls apart.
Miami at New England
Good god this is ridiculous.
Cincinnati at NY Giants
See previous comment.
Houston at Tennessee
The Titans are looking pretty decent.
Arizona at Washington
Still no faith in the Skins.
New Orleans at Denver
You failed me last week, New Orleans. And hopefully Denver can get another game won for them by bad calls.
Detroit at San Francisco
Last week, a Frisco QB threw for 300 yards for the first time in 6 years. This year they will win two games in a row for about the first time in that many years.
St. Louis at Seattle
Finally, a game the Seahawks should be able to win.
Cleveland at Baltimore
They're coming off their bye week and are pretty healthy.
Jacksonville at Indianapolis
Jacksonville's run game underperforming means they can't exploit Indy's bad run D.
Pittsburgh at Philadelphia
Well, there's two ways this could go. A low scoring game, or the Eagles blow Pittsburgh outta the water. All you have to do is score 21, 24 points against the Steelers and you're usually good.
Dallas at Green Bay
Go Pack Go!
NY Jets at San Diego
This game tears at my heart. The Chargers need a win, though. _________________ Da nanananana... hey! Nanananana! |

Well, Minnesota is benching Tavaris Jackson for the Carolina game. Good for them, right?
Their replacement is 39 years old and spent the last two years as a backup QB for the St. Louis Rams. Let me reiterate: he was not good enough to start for the RAMS. _________________ Da nanananana... hey! Nanananana! |
