P.S. We forgot Ron Simmons too!

The only thing good is Terry Funk being there. Otherwise I see the game getting the same treatment as the one last year.
(which means I'll to pray for Agetec to bring Fire Pro Returns over to Europe) _________________ Tinto: Kicking Asses is our Speciality

It's a freakin roster. Where are Kendrick, Deuce n Domino, WGTT and Cade and Murdoch? Lack of tag teams. Where are Wang Yang, Sper Crazy, Noble and Moore? lack of cruiserweights. If they won' bring in these guys the game doesn't need a cruiserweight and both tag titles. Plus, where are Boogeyman, Kevin Thorn, Richards and Big Daddy V? If they won't add these guys they don't need ECW invasion.
Honestly do you think they will put up the above for downloadable content?
what's up that? |

Hey, just hope it's better than that glitchful and unappealing WWE Smackdown vs. RAW 2007. _________________

It's because the game's characters, models and moves were done a while ago.
I'm pretty sure some of those debuted too far into the game's development to add them (Deuce 'n Domino, Big Daddy V's redesign, Noble's redebut). Others, like Super Crazy and Moore, were so low on the totem pole that they don't have enough of a backing to justify being added.
Others, like Kendrick, WGTT, Cade/Murdoch are unexcusable. Hell, even Stevie Richards has been on games before, even though he was relegated to jobber during the important time for development of the game. But hey, that's what "Create-a-wrestler" is for.
I wouldn't be surprised if someone on that roster (I'm looking at Chris Masters) was added to fill Benoit's spot in the story mode, since it's known that Benoit was in it and then removed.
Also, online content may finally fix some of the roster woes, but that's doubtful. |

I've read that the PS3 version will have downloadable wrestlers. Maybe more legends, maybe even the murdurer (Benoit). But what I still don't get is why is Marcus Cor Von still in the game after his recent release. _________________

Because the release was last week, whereas he was programmed into the game a while ago. The same way Kurt Angle appeared even though he had already been released/left. It takes a while for them to remove wrestlers from the roster, so they avoid it unless they have to (ie: Benoit). If they feel they have to because a wrestler has been off for a long time, they'll swap them with someone else in the story line, like they did with Big Show and Steven Richards. |

Maybe that's one of the reasons why THQ added downloadable wrestlers for the PS3 version and most likely of course, the Xbox 360. _________________

Sorry, I meant the DC for 360. How likely will it be available for 360? |

What I'm hoping for is a better control system, better than last years horrible mish mash of mixed up movements.
And maybe they should release Smackdown vs. Raw 08 for the GBA, just for us guys who are on the go but can't afford a PSP yet. It would probably make up for that lackluster Survivor Series on the GBA. Who knows? _________________
