Is there any point to the decoration room?

You know, the room that you can put the furniture and wallpaper and stuff in. I ask because I can win the simple sofa from Basil but if it's only for decoration purposes than I'm not going to waste my time.

It's only for decoration, it doesn't really serve much purpose other than that.

If you collect all of one type, I hear certain people visit the room, but thats about all it's good for.

Yeah, various people show up if you decorate it with the same theme. Some of the comments made by characters reveal something about them (but not much).

Yeah it's really just like another mini-game I like to do it just to find out that much more about some of the characters.

Here's the list of characters and the sets you need for them to appear in the room. If you need help with the locations of any items in the set, just ask.

Animal Set - Oskar and Setsu
Fancy Set - Charlmange and Scholtenheim Reinbach III
Forest Set - Aldo and Gau
Ocean Set - Lilan and Lilen
Simple Set - Fredrica and Helmut
Traditional Japanese Set - Lo Fong and Shiramine

Maybe there's an FaQ somewhere. I'll try and look for all the set pieces again. I'm far too interested to not see ALL tthe conversations involved. It seems that the ones that you can get automatically brings you nearer to the Fancy set... I think Konami is trying to give us a reason to look for the other sets... :D
