"I always feel like somebody's watching me"

How often do you get that creeping feeling that you are being watched? Then you whip around, and nothing is there? Or are you one of the lucky ones who only experiences this when someone is watching you? I wanna see how paranoid our members are.

K, this is going to sound totally crazy, but...
The first apartment I lived in when I went to college was haunted. I'm not normally the type to believe in that kind of thing, but there were things going on there that were totally inexplicable and very frightening, and it left me with the sense that there was someone there.

There. Now you guys can think I'm nusto. O_o

EDIT: Fixed the typos. I really need to not post when I've just barely woken up...

Incest vibes aside, I sometimes get the feeling that someone is watching me when I'm walking down a dark street at midnight.

Well, I won't choose the last option because I'm not egotistical. :P

I chose rarely. There was a time when I was young that I always had the feeling. Especially when I was alone, but not always. And in the dark also... I was so scared to walk in the dark cause I was afraid someone would grab me. But lately not so much; I must've grown out of it. I walk in the dark a lot, and so what if someone is really watching me. Let them watch.

My real, honest answer would have to be all the time though. Not that I'm that fabulous, just that insecure. Always feel like people are judging me. :evil:

But seriously, I keep thinking there is someone behind me becuase when I go out I always have my MP3 player on full volume. So I cant hear anyone. Im rarely followed though....cept for those damn KGB.... :shock:

I've been followed before. me and my friend kyle were driving back his place last week, and a car against turned around and started following us. We couldn't tell if it just some undercover cop thinking we were doing something bad, or some idiots who knew us. So we took off through some residential roads and lost them before heading back to his place.

Otherwise, I really don't get that feeling :-P.

Apparently, they keep on feeling like they are being watched by everyone and everytime they make a mistake, they will be scrutinized by the crowd. As such they become paranoid and they avoid going outside.
Obviously, that's a fake. In fact, you're very likely to get away with minor gaffe-ups in a crowd, even unzipped pants!

Now, on to myself. I don't feel much like I'm being watched, but every so often, I feel like I AM being watched. I usually think that when my back is turned and I'm lost in thought.
Am I right? Well, most of the time, I'll turn around and indeed see that someone is right there. I'll credit it to those prickly hairs on my neck that rise up when I feel that someone is watching me. and that nervous feeling I suddenly get for no reason So, who's the one who usually does this? It's my mother, wanting me to go and eat my meals.

There are times when I feel there is someone in the room. Yet when I turn around, no one is there.
I think it depends on the situation. If I'm doing something which I know I might get in trouble for, I'll be paranoid about the noises around me. So basically when I'm in a situation where I feel I need to be on the look out, I'll feel paranoid.
Other times, if I feel like I don't look good, or if I look embarrassing, then people are looking at me, and maybe even laughing at me. So I prefer if people didn't pay attention to me.
