I've actually never called the site "SARS" as I would refer to it as Suikox, thus I wasn't sure what to think when I saw the title of the thread.

Glad to see that only that particular name is the only thing we're saying goodbye too. I would have CRIED if we were to lose the whole damn forums. I have made so very very many friends here. :cry: But yeah, I always liked to call it Suikox better.
So I take it anybody who calls this place "SARS" again will get a taste of Vextor's spoon?

Well crap. I was one of the only people apparently who did call it SARS and will be sad to see the old name go. While new to the boards, I've been visiting the site since it premiered. I think it's evolved from just a name and a silly joke, into more an icon of the suikoden fan-base. Farewell SARS, at least someone will miss you.
EDIT: Just noticed that the warmap tag still reads "SARS WARMAP" FYI.

I almost thought you were shutting down the site as well. Thankfully, thats not the case. I understand your reasoning behind the decision. I actually always referred to the site as Suikox..or I would pronounce it, sometimes, as Suiko X. It does make things less confusing because now the title shares the domain name. It just makes sense.
