Where is Ugetsu on the ship?

I just recruited him and I've been looking on the ship for about ten minutes now. Can someone help me out and tell me where he is?

Dude, that compeltely flummoxed me at first, too. :D

Go near Viki....Head in the opposite direction of the war room (I want to say it is to the right, but I'm not quite sure off the top of my head.); you should see a big fish overhanging the door. Enter the door and you'll be on the rear deck, with Ugetsu.
