Based on the battles that have been run, the effect of terrain modifiers and the new DEF formula seems to be a bit too severe. I'll likely tweak this a bit after Phase 12 is over so that things are a bit less rediculous.

Will this be an adjustment in personal defense stats or only a restructing of the formula that determines regiment defense?

The formula. The personal stats will stay the same.
