Location field

I have a sneaking suspicion that I'm unwittingly echoing an issue brought up a million times before, but I can't seem to find where one edits the location field, nor any FAQs that address this. What's the dillio?

One edits the location field here:



It's called "Region of Residence" however and can be used in the nation system to improve stats of a particular region.
