Suikoden Fighting Game

I'm just wondering, we can still do this? I mean we're not making a profit or anything so its ok?

hasn't anyone considerd music? Fighting game musics are special, and simple. so It'll be hard to compose somthing that is "made for Vs games", seeing as how the ones I know are differnt compaired to a platform or, obviosuly RPG. though some RPG boss music isn't anythng special. (Suikoden 1's battle musics are kind of like this)

what the heck? Thomas fighting? sure he acted as a comander and saved another thomas from being eaten by a boar...but hes not a brawler.

I think I like the list...I have no idea how you plan to make this game....if it will act like tratidional fighting games...or be somthing, strange.

speeking of flash games, I saw somone playing a flash fan-made-sonic. it llooked pretty good, like it was Sonic 5 for sega genisis (with rounded coloruing) JNX what flash game do you speek of? are we allowd to see it, I mean its like fan art which is allowed no?

I think it would be cool to have an unlock for Jowy2, like hit this and that to get him. or like in Primal Rage, when you selected a character, hitting the button and another (like the low kick button) would change your color. its funny, one t-rex chara turned purple! *laughadoodle* killer Barney.

But i think the game would be cooler if you could use your rune's :D and as you go allong you can aquire true runes ;)

Or like a tag mach so that characters can use unite attacks :P

*edit i really have a vast imagination don't I :P

YAY!!!! time for an honest review... hehehe... let me begin :twisted:

Number one- it's allright... a decent anime picture but the style is very pokemon like... a joking anime if you get me... on the bottom left picture, the coloured in one, his hands aren't drawn correctly and doesn't look like a clenched fist with the thumb up... starting from the knuckles, you made the height go from medium to large, which makes it look like he's holding an invisible gun, if however they were drawn a tiny bit longer and made even in height, that should fix up the looks, shading is also important in the hand, it should be dark in both sides and brighter in the middle to show the little finger muscle coming out as the fist is clenched...

The other arm though, looks almost double jointed or broken... we all know the arm can bend one way but this arm seems to be going in the favour of the opoosite side if you were to say it's muscle then okay... but the left line of the arm is also bending in that direction which backs up the fact that it is bending in an odd way lol I hope I ain't being too hard...

I can see that you use guides to draw the face... interesting, have you not been doing this for long? anyway, I can't read the rigthing and I know that the Luc picture on the right is only a rough sketch so there's no point me poniting things about that one now is there lol

Next picture!!! :D oh... it's a larger version of the coloured one lol... well would you want an example for the hand or something? I could save that picture, use paint to roughly out line how it should look more like and post it up here... but not before playing around with it hehehe :twisted: the way you coloured it in now...

it didn't really look like an anime style of colouring... but then again, I don't think you were aiming for that... but if you was then know this (though you may already know) anime normally uses two to three shades of colouring for one part and NO blending... Dark, Medium and Light... I see that you shaded some parts black... well if you did that, then you would have to shade in a lot of it black, instead you should use a darker version of the same colour...

Parts like under the jaw were shaded black... instead, you might want to consider using a much darker version of the skin colour... this should make it look less like a beard or something and well... it's more realistic and all that crap lol

Well... that wasn't too hard was it... sorry if it was. ..
