Character Questions

Kika isn't a "power fighter" compared to other characters with high STR, but her stats at level 99 is quite impressive, particularly her SKL, SPD and EVD. Her Falcon Rune does x3 damage to one enemy, and she has a unite with the hero which is quite useful.

Oh ok thanks. I do use the level 99 guide, but I mean like at early levels. I probably will not level up to 99, since I think that ruins the game if it is too easy to beat (that is why I did not use many physical skills in s3 ie. Continual Attack or skills that had like 5 or 6 hits- takes to little time to beat final boss....)

You can give plans and/or sea rune pieces to Tov and he'll change the ships accordingly. You can only change the looks of your HQ on the sea though. But the sea rune pieces can be used to enhance the battle capabilities of your fellow ships as well, i.e. permanently increase the cannon range.

Oh. I never heard anything about sea rune pieces. Are they hard to come by? Is Eugene of any use (I use the level 99 guide- but I mean in between that and the level they start at)

Just so you know, Clay's eyes aren't blank. The brightness of the screen and the poor quality of the images pretty much eliminated the faint lines that made up his irises.

EDIT: Actually, I've gone ahead an uploaded one that's easier to put into perspective.

Basil hosts a tops-like mini game, where the person with the last top standing wins. The coin guy is Igori.
