Man, I wish I had known about this when the Football season was around.
My fantasy football team destroyed the competition.

Heading into this Gameweek, seems like I made a bad move stripping Ronaldo of the captaincy.
I can only wish good ol' Andy Johnson the best. Come on, man. I know you can do it. You too, Arteta. _________________

Actually I now pride myself over that move, Andy Johnson scored more points than Ronaldo. Woot!
Although I think everyone now wants Gerrard to be captain, look at that, 15 points WITHOUT captaincy. Absurd. _________________

UPDATED Suikox League (Gameweek 28):
1 Boom Boom Boom Boom (59) 1305
2 PK Rangers (45) 1302
3 Green Berets (35) 1217
4 Axis (44) 1074
5 FC Plange Luma (68) 1062
6 Coole Mavericks (41) 1024
Gameweek 28 has finished and finally ... Boom Boom Boom Boom has reclaimed the first spot from the PK Rangers and only 3 tiny points separated the two teams at the moment proving the future weeks to be very important as minor mistakes can be the difference between first and second position. Green Berets continued to struggle keeping up with the top two as they fall further behind and risking to be stuck in the no man's land even more at the third position, a whooping 88 points behind the leader and 143 points ahead of the nearest chaser.
Meanwhile at the bottom three, FC Plange Luma continued to perform very well as they scored the most points of the week. They closed the gap to Axis into merely 12 points while leaving the Coole Mavericks further behind with 38 point gap now.
Only 10 more gameweeks to go. Who will win the league? Keep on following and you shall find the answer. ^^ _________________

What the hell are you talking about, at least let me get over you for fourth place before you leave. :P
And yeah, international break up. Some time off for the EPL. _________________

Yeah, Aurelien pretty much wins this considering the number of games left. Good job, man.
Though I'm still in striking distance for 4th place, it seems. :P _________________

Well the two to three week layoff for cup matches, european matches and international matches a while back certainly didn't help but I've still been checking in and making a few transfers here and there. Aurelien has run away with it a bit now after joining a week after me and Goldmember at least so well done to him, I think there's only two more weeks of games left to go now so it's unlikely he'll get caught up but what can you do. I forgot to change my team around this past week, I took a bunch of players out because Chelsea and someone else weren't playing and then forgot to put them back in so I had Kenny in goal instead of Cech and Carvalho was on the bench too, Sol Campbell ended up being my captain as a result but I can't whine at that fact too much since he scored 6 points and that doubled up to 12 which was pretty decent anyway.
Oh well, it's been quite fun and for a while it was really tight at the top between three of us. I'm sure we'll come back for another round of fantasy football next year too, maybe get a few more people in who stay active over the course and challenge the big three in the Suikox league since I believe Aurelien, Goldie and myself have taken those spots in whatever order for two years running now. Can't remember the world cup positions but we were all up there in those results too at the end I think. _________________

Personally, I wouldn't say that I won this (yet). It's perfectly possible for me to have a disastrous few weeks while seeing Exile getting great results. Only 13 points separated us a few gameweeks ago, and now it jumped to 93 points showing that 80 point margin can suddenly appear. So yeah, it's not the end yet though I do hope that I would win it ^^
And I should tinker my team again for next gameweek. Thanks for bumping this thread to remind me doing so XD _________________
