I like chicken when they're grilled, blackened, and served with salad (not the WHOLE chicken, just chicken breasts!). I also love tofu, and I use it in most all of my dishes.
What is your favorite food? I am sure everyone else in the world wants to know. |

crab is the yummy. Not just legs, any of it (uh, except the shell .oO). Or even fake crab is good too.
Me likes chocolate the most, though, I think.

I'm fond of asparagus, broccoli, ginger (there is NOTHING that does not taste better with ginger - nothing) , lemon, rasberries, vinegar, pizza (of course), spaghetti, spaetzle, baked ziti, tortaluche (sp? I've never seen it written down, only spoken. It's large-ass raviouli-type shells STUFFED with spinach), spinach, spinach stuffed shells, chicken, beef, sauerbrauten (Mmmm sweeeeet meeeeattt), and sachertorte.
...*tiny voice*I like to cook.
I've never had tofu before. What does it taste like? _________________

Tofu is something that doesn't concern cheap, earthly concepts such as "taste." It is all about texture!
Actually, tofu does have some taste, but you'd have to be a highly experienced tofu-eater to know the subtle differences. It's basically made of soy-beans and LOTS of water. It readily absorbs souces and broth, so it is typically used with dishes that use sauce or broth--such as Ma Po Tofu. It can be used in salad as well. It's healthy quality is without question. |

Taste is the finest portion of the culinary arts-- if it doesn't have that, you're not eating food... you're eating an aspect of it.
Tofu is an edible sponge! |
