-Neo Pandemonium, 4:25, AM, the day of the Incursion-
The freezing cold of the early morning was nearly intolerable as Marcus tossed up a grappling hook line from his boat in the Atlantic Ocean to the floating, and mobile Neo-Pandemonium, while Andrew and Glenn wouldn’t be arriving for nearly half a day for their “scheduled” visit with Quinten Kaiser, Marcus was here early with his crack black ops team ready.
Serj looked at Marcus curiously, “You really think a rope with a metal prong at the end of it will get you up there?”
Marcus grinned, “Nope! But it’ll keep them distracted.” He said as he dropped his end of the rope into the water, and moved the boat quickly to the other side of Neo-Pandemonium, out of view of the just tossed grappling hook.
Once there, he pressed a button on the boat, which hovered to a lower acess ramp to Neo-Pandemonium, he then cracked his knuckles, having jumped aboard, “Time to go to work.”

-Neo Pandemonium, 2:15, PM, the day of the Incursion-
Andrew’s UN cruiser landed on the Neo-Pandemonium “guest” landing pad, and inside with him seated was Glenn, both were dressed up rather well.
“How do you deal with this mess of clothing all the time?” Glenn asked Andrew.
Andrew chuckled, “Lots of practice, and patience.”
Glenn turned his head, “How do you practice dressing up?”
Andrew grinned sardonically, “You don’t, I meant lots of target practice to get out the aggression. At any rate, I believe it’s time to put to test your ‘diplomatic’ abilities.” He said as he opened the cruiser’s door.
Outside there was a line of Akigiyama troopers, and standing waiting was a none too pleased looking Quinten Kaiser.
“Andrew Lizar.” Kaiser said with as much polite malice as he could muster, while still offering a fake handshake.
A handshake Andrew took, with a giant cocky grin, “Quinten Kaiser.” He responded back much in the same way.
Glenn stayed still, following behind, if words were weapons, these two were expert duelists. The question, of course, would be who would win.
