When i drink coffee... i always eat something..mostly bread

Do you guys eat anything wehn you are driniking coffee?

I drank a few cups last night in an effort to find time to play some games. However, all of the excess caffeine had an adverse effect on my system, giving me a pseudo-migraine as I started to play King of Fighters XI. I don't think I am going to be doing anything like that for a while.

One thing for all you young people about to get your yearly medical check-ups. It is not a great idea to drink coffee, especially espresso-based kinds, before you go in for a check-up. All the caffeine, sugar and milk in those drinks will really skew the results for your systolic and diastolic numbers (high blood pressure). Not a good way to impress on your doctor that you're taking care of yourself when the tests shows your blood pressure is going through the roof.
