I recently tried to create an account on DeviantArt.com but could not do so as my IP is apparently in the same range as some banned toss-pot. The DA FAQ seems to recommend getting someone to make the account for me and having them hand over the keys, as it were.
If someone would be so kind...? =)

I too have an account on deviantart, and i also had the same ip problem, luckily i have aol too so i went on it an registered on deviantart on aol.
i am firespot there and i have done some suikoden fan art.
