I've always been a big Tir Mcdohl/Kasumi Fan. I could probably list alot of other relationships but im sure (just like you all) I could go on all day.

I doubt Tir would end up with Kasumi. Kasumi very obviously like Tir A LOT, but Tir is just treating her like an old friend. I highly doubt Tir would end up having a relationship with anyone because of his rune.

I like/am open to a lot of different pairings in the game, because I rather enjoy romance, though I really don't like to be 'fed' romance couplings by a game (like when a main character adventurer, always male, has to be coupled with the main female healer/mage with no personality. That happens far too often for me in RPGs I only like the pairing when I really like the characters).

I enjoy it when a person well-familiar with the suikoden world finds an in-game interaction or compatible background information, and uses the dynamics in that interaction/information to explain a pairing people might not have otherwise thought of. This goes for Hetero, Yuri, Yaoi, almost anything. (Luca/Kinnison is a little beyond that though. *shudder* I have yet to understand any real underlying reason for that one.) But I have couplings of almost every genre that I think are sweet/romantic. I understand people who don't like the couples I like, because I'm sure others like couplings I'm not fond of too. whatever floats your boat is fine, I think... with some boundaries. But someone else probably, no positively, likes what I think is waaay beyond decent, so you know, I won't say anything to tear appart what they read/write as long as it's on paper, and I don't have to read it or remotely approve of it.

nobody's mentioned ellie & riuo yet. id say thats one of the most obvious of the un-obvious.

But i dont know about all these couplings. im not saying some couldnt happen, but we need a little more proof than two people of the same sex who like to hang out together. we could say that all the blacksmiths are gay, but really ive found myself drawing conclusions.

... i mean, for no reason at all, whilst daydreaming in my political geography class I thought of Krike and Lorelai hooking up just cuz Lorelai inherited Kirkes schythe. Sometimes its as simple as that and conclusions are drawn. i can see some people hooking up but they all lack substance and they're all longshots. ive got many close friends that are female (not to brag ya know) but people have thought we were together just cuz of the amount of time we hanged out (hanged? thats totally out of context)

the only surefire way to know is if the person makes it blatantly clear. we cant confuse friendship with love, (we all know the kinda trouble that gets us into :roll: ) like camus & mik, i thought they were just close, how would 2 factions of knights feel when they found out their two respected leaders loved each other. and seed and culgan, i always thought they were just a good pair (as in teamwork kind of pair) and got a lot of stuff down working as a team and percival....the thought never crossed my mind....never

but yeah, going waaay back to page 1. the thought of Oulan being lesbian did cross my mind. but godforbid her for being strong and muscular and not liking it when some low down street urchins beat up riou just cuz he was pimpin 5 ladies at once

but in my mind, i think shes straight. not like it'd matter. Oulans still my favorite character and i'd marry her even if she was homosexual......(wait a minute... :shock: what did i just say?)

If you want to bring that into play, then technically everyone is wrong. But who says religion is perfect? It's not. It's a way to explin what we don't know. Nothing more. And I don't mean to offend anyone who believes strongly in their religion, that's just how I look at it.

I'm not saying I won't accept your beliefs either, I'm just telling you what I think. The last time I checked, That was the purpose of a forum. But I guess I was wrong.

cause if it was rated mature it will go wild.

Yaoi = writing/manga featuring male/male pairings
Yuri = writing/manga featuring female/female pairings
hentai = writing/manga featuring pornographic male/female materials.
manga = Japanese word for cartoons.

It's what makes this game fun in terms of romance. everyone is pretty much possible unless Konami says otherwise. Heck, I've seen pairings with even married couples doing it with the same sex and incest before. So I doubt these people care about being a good religious person.

when i first layed eyes on the game (my uncle introduced me, i was hooked ever since) i thought Luc was a girl if you look at his picture for a long time, he definetly (<~~hahaha can't spell that word) has girly-like looks, for all we know, he could be gay (or Bi, like Yuber said, it could be anybody)
