What's a good web server that can run cgi?

Ello I'm sorta looking for a good free web server that can run cgi scripts and rather then picking out some random one only to find out later it stinks, I'd like to see if anyone has any recommendations.

It doesn't have to have a specific amount of max storage space (although more is always nice) and I guess it should have an easy way to upload files and manage files...that's really it...(oh of course be able to run cgi)

oh...and also uh....please don't suggest geocities...I already have a geocities server and even though it can run cgi the...file names have to end with pl or pm and...well....doing that seems to break the links to the files or something...apparently...
