Anyway, you don't need to be Level 99 to clear the game. Suikoden II's pretty easy. And yes, it's impossible to do this trick on Genshu, unfortunately. He can only go as far as Level 75. *sigh*

Yeah exactly, Georg and Mazus have those stat situations because of their "power", and "legendary" status, Mazus obviously levels forests and moutains while Georg, well, everyone knows the story there.
