For some reason when I try to get into Personal Details & Photos, I get a message saying that I have not been granted special access or something like that. And for some reason the last page of Guess That Character won't work. It claims that there's no posts for that topic when I click on it.

Read the description of the PD&D section of the board. You now need to join the Details usergroup to be granted access.
