Database infrastructure change

Expect some strange things as I re-wire some of the database infrastructure. This change relates to regiment types. Until now, regiment types have been managed as a "usergroup," but this has become a bit too difficult to handle with the addition of more regiments.

The change will not affect your stats or anything, but you'll no longer be able to see a list of who's in what regiment, etc, after the change. Until the changes are put in place, it may look like you lost your regiment, etc. However, this information is stored elsewhere so don't pester anybody and cry and whine, etc. Thanks, etc.
