Maybe. He is/was very good last year at Rennes (dunno if he's still there), and he was at Euro 2004. Even if he was a bench player, he still played some good minutes and was almost always the first choice of the Swedish coach.
With that said, yes, he's a CM (he was already good in CM 99/00)/FM find, just like Robbie Keane, Julius Agahowa, Simon Davies, Adrian Mutu, Wesley Sonck and so many others.

Uhm I don't how to explain this good in English but whatever..
He has a great technique also with shooting and free kicks..
and he almost always sees where to pass the ball before he even has the ball in his posession there aren't many players who can but he also does his share of work at the back when needed! He's definetley a good player but Rennes and the National team use him the wrong way on the field
