I miss 27Runes.org. I wrote a really in-depth spoiler-free walkthrough for S1 for them that they said they loved, but the site folded before it ever saw print!

Couldn't you, y'know, throw it at Suikosource or someone else? Whenever a site I submitted things to folded, I hawked around the material I made to similar sites like some sort of lady of the night.
I did it a lot during my DBZ phase, as DBZ fansites have a lot of turnover due to the average age and maturity level of the webmasters.

Yeah, I was going to but, stupid me, I deleted it from my hard drive after I sent it. I guess I figured it would be posted online and I wouldn't need it anymore. It's not like it was a hard thing to do, i can do it pretty much from memory now anyway, but I'm too lazy to devote the time to do it again. Oh well.

I believe that's because the webring is random. When you reload the front page you may see a different site.
