Forum access error

I got a new error (new to me) whenever I tried to access a particular forum or subform. When I did the following message came up:

Please ensure both the install/ and contrib/ directories are deleted

It happens when I'm working on updating the forum.

I am working in some intensive boring work to add protection to this forum because a lot of other forums are getting hacked these days. I issued a warning to everyone in the community forum to be aware that there would be some instability with the forum as I work through each file.
