Well personally I'm glad that this change is going to happen. It will give some of the weaker nations who are facing larger ones on multiple fronts as well as other nations some breathing room. Now you have to think more about your attacks before you stage them, and once more it becomes nessisary for everyone to use more strategy baised combat rather than just overwhelming numbers.
