Suikoden V

Hey all,
I'm a new member here and would like to hear what people have to say about the announcement of Suikoden V.
I was personally giddy as a school girl when I heard the news, and was quite surpised to say the least. Especially seeing as how a few weeks prior I found out about Rhapsodia (Suikoden Tactics).

My concerns and curiosities with Suikoden V are the following:
1: Will it be set after Suikoden III, after Suikoden IV or Before all the games in the series?
2: Will we be lucky enough to see the return of Viktor and Flik?
3: What True Rune will be the focus of this game?
4: Will there be more character development and focus on story telling than Suikoden IV had?
5: I miss the 2D pixel games of the PSOne, and I'd love to see the Suikoden Series go back to its roots, but alas, it's 3D...
