Kokoru that dog from Suikoden III I haven't played the game yet so the reasoning is the see things as they really are in relation to Jeane.

Viki!! Without a doubt!! Her childhood is messed up, as in messed up time-space continum messed up... She was certainly one of the original members, whether Suiko 1 or 4, and she can see things for what they are because again of the time space continum thingy...

I think it might be Humphrey. He witnessed the Kaleka incident, he was one of the original mebers of the Liberation Army. He sees that the Scarlet Moon Empire was corrupt, He is often put in the front row of battles because of his high defence. If that's not it at least narrow the list down to one Suikoden.

Edit: Well, it does kinda fit the first clue. I believe his hometown was destroyed by Harmonia in his youth.

Yuzu... A child at such young age involved in a war, she was the original rancher, she can see animals for what they really are, food!! :lol:

Also, sacrifical sheep represent the sheep as food... Boy am i hungry... :P

Shu? He was sacked from the Mathiu Institution, and was one of the original students there... He certainly has great ablity to see things in a different perspective... He attempted to sacrifice himself at the fire event and he lost his freedom again when he decided to join the Dunan Army... So there... If this isn't it, I give up...

Got to be Yun. She is able to see visions of the future since her youth and she is destined to become a ritual sacrifice. Not sure about the other questions though. I seem to recall a character in Suikoden 3 always loosing things then finding them again.
