The region modifcation script is unexpectedly difficult to code. However, I can't delay the beginning of the phase any further, so unfortunately region stats will not be changed for your current investment. However, hopefully I can make some way of implementing this by the end of phase 10.

The Region investment script works now!

Meanwhile, I would like to set the due date for the Phase 10 Declration of Intent to next Saturday, May 13th.

When you are attacking or raiding enemy regions, please make sure to include which region you are attacking from. This would be important to know, starting from phase 10.

Luckily, due to your generous bestowment of Potch upon us, the humble citizens of the Scarlet Moon Empire are probably not feeling too much financial loss at the moment. I'll be sure and have my Declaration of Intent on your desk before the deadline...

Possibly, I was hoping to work on it this weekend, but the region stat investment script took longer than expected. I won't release a "demo" either, because it'll only lead to confusion.

Oh yes, and first three nations to submit their DOIs get a present.

Hopefully, I can concentrate on the naval battle script from now on. Distractions tend to derail my concentration pretty easily.

Is it definite that the new naval rules will be implemented for phase 10 or is this still dependant on your success with the script in the next week?

Alright, most of the DOIs are in now save for two nations. Get them in to me soon you two, and we can post the DOIs and get the ball rolling for phase 10.

Blah. I think the 20th is too soon for the stuff that I need from the Trading Post. I need to switch some regiments, but I think I want advanced regiments, and there's that whole "five victory counts" affair. I can wait though, I guess. I can only imagine how badly the activity level of the forum will drop without you here to post thirty times a day, though, Axiose.
