When will phase 10 start?

A number of things are keeping me from starting phase 10. First of all the script that applies all of the investment into region stat hasn't been developed yet. It can't take that long, but other things are getting in the way, such as the War against Error, a new FAQ, and my busier than usual work schedule. Also, this won't affect any of you directly, but I'm also improving a lot of the admin-related scripts to make things happen faster. Finishing all this will likely take a few more days unless some unforseen catastrophe strikes.

Meanwhile, please enjoy the forum in other ways, such as preparing something for Synchysi's speculation contest.

Heck, We waited a month or so for the last phase to end, I doubt a week will kill anyone! ^^
