gamestop said the main one is "Grow Up". but from what is said there is twelve hidden meanings of what GU means. i found this off a forum when i did a search for it.

TO CLARIFY....
.hack//roots is to .hack//GU AS
.hack//sign is to .hack//infection, outbreak, mutation, quarintine
.hack//roots IS THE ANIME PREQUEL TO THE .hack//GU GAMES
also .hack//Online Jack is an OVA like .hack//Liminality was and will be included with the .hack//GU games similarly like .hack//Liminality (at least the Japanese .hack//GU games include it)
also you all are forgetting about .hack//AI Buster and .hack//Another Birth
AI Buster was a 2 volume novel. Another Birth is a 3 volume novel (I believe)
