after looking around on google, i came around this image. so i was wondering was this the box art for the japanese version. or did the japanese and the english version have the same box art and some one just made this one.

that Art was in the NA artbook, it's not as good as the NA cover shot since it's just a bunch of character pictures crammed together without any sense of foreground or background, seems like just a low effort promo shot.

just noticed on the back of that cover, on the left side at the bottom it has a thing for suikoden 1 and 2 on psp. :?

That's a promotional leaflet for Suikoden V, in the form of a mock cover sheet for the game.
