One more question. I know when war is declared the regions attacked and the attacking reagion lose part of their stats, but is the same true for raids?

If only those numbers are relevant to the outcome, why not set it as a multiple choice option rather than a open input so that people don't have to scan through every page of this thread to find out they are wasting their potch?

Yes, mercenaries can use this system. It's just that mercenaries would see less benefit since they don't have any region.

My thoughts exactly.
I rather like this system. It has the same feel as Romance of the Three Kingdoms, so I know the basic layout and won't get confused. Is that where you got the idea, Sars? |
