The development goes to whichever region you input into your location field. So, if you wanted to improve a stat in Graska, you would select the particular stat in your profile, input how much potch you are committing and enter "Graska" into your location field.

If a region already has a high population but they have a low Agriculture stat will people leave the region (I guess the same goes for SEC/ETH)?

And can you give us some hints for stats, like for every X AGR points you need Y SEC and Z ETH or something like that, how low HPY and ETH can be before bad stuff happens etc? Pretty please?

No, I can't tell you that, because if I do, everybody will do the same thing and that's no fun. Besides, even I don't know the answer because the parameters are random, and thus beyond my control.

This is just a comment from me, but I'm also guessing that this feature is implemented to give more of a personal feel for the members too. In a sense, members don't really have any 'active-participation' because it's pretty much in the hands of the Nation Leader and the Strategist. With this addition, members now have something that is at least under their own control just like regiment tactics. They can 'do whatever they want with their potch'.

So while it's not a bad idea to ask for certain number of "how many points of this and that we need to avoid bad things", also think that we're here for fun and sometimes it's more fun to just let people do what they want rather than being overly too-technical that we count every point to maximize the benefit and whatnot.

Exactly what the man said!

Also, because I tend to make algorithms very complicated and confusing to the point that I have no clue how things are calculated, and I use the stranges variables such as the current moon phase and "how many days have passed since Evlis Presley apparently died," it will be impossible to know exactly how these things work. They will tend to work "generally" tough.

Just one question on my end, let's say multiple members of a nation decide to pool their resources into raising a single stat of one particular region. For example, ten members invest 100,000 potch to increase the tech of the same region, am I correct that it would result in a 30 point increase for the region in question?

Another question, it's mentioned that stats would go down if it's involved in a war (may it be attacking or defending), but would an area that is not doing anything have any increase/decrease stats by default?
