New Character-specific runes?

Are there more variety of new characters with exclusive runes (Ex. Jeane's Charm Rune, Kasumi/Ayame/Mizuki's Strike Rune...)?

If so, what sort of runes do these characters possess?

I'm fairly positive(having never played the game) there's a new rune that functinos basically like Bob's did. The exception is that it's for Ernst, the one who shifts between jaguar and man just like Bob went from man to were-wolf. On the scans of the two pages of runes you can see it on the list. I think it's the one that looks like a jaguar head with spots. That's the only one I'm pretty sure about, though there must be more.

Zerase has a new rune which is not a true rune as well. I'm sure there will be new runes mentioned, purchased, and seen in the game. I also have reason to believe that the new ninja, Raven, will have Kasumi/Ayame/Mizuki's rune.

That's only the first spell. The other spells function like any other magic runes. Its level 4 spell seems to be pretty potent.

The only downside of this is the fact that you have to do his sidequest in order to unlock higher level spells.

Excellent! I'm quite pleased with the selection of original runes this time around. I'd say that was a major letdown for me in IV, with almost no original runes at all.

Zerase's rune looks interesting, though she's not a character whose design I particularly like at all, so it's going to have to be amazing for her to earn a spot in my party.

Ernst is almost definitely in already.

And hmmm... Seems like Konami isn't keeping true to Roundia Haia's story... With yet another character who has Falcon... I hope they actually give an explaination this time as to why she has falcon... Like maybe she's related to Roundia Haia somehow... Instead of the great mystery of Kika...

Actually, the Falcon user is a he. Haia was also mentioned by name in this game, in relation to this character of Kanakan origin.
