If a fleet has a total range of 20 (or 100,000 soldiers) but takes less then the max amount of soldiers (say 80,000) and gets into a battle against ships on the Sabotage strategy can some cargo ships be decoys? So in this case 4 cargo ships could be sunk before soldiers start getting killed?

Man, I got back from school and have to read 4 pages of Q&A -____-;;;

Anyways, great addition to the war game, as always. 1 question that hasn't been asked here I think (or if somehow I missed it), it this the last change/addition in Phase 9? Or is there any more changes to be implemented for Phase 9?

You'll have to wait and see Black Pesmerga - though saying that Sars did say a few pages back that a way to raise region stats will be introduced in the next phase.

Question: If a nation loses (or destroys) all of its ports, what happens to the fleet? To be concrete: Should Tinto lose Barko Saywa, what would happen to the Pendragon?

There are a few more additions I can make, but I'll end it for now because this new one should be overwhelming enough.

If a nation loses all of their ports, they will lose all their ships. They can also voluntarily sink their ships at the beginning of the phase, if you suspect you will lose your port. However, you can win back your ship if you can capture it, so sinking your ship may not be the best idea. And if you sink your ship, it's gone (I will erase it from the database), so there won't be any chance of "can we find it at the bottom of the sea and use a wind rune to salvage it?"

Say the scenario above was played out and Tinto suspected they would lose their port in the coming phase. Instead if sinking their ship would they be able to instead donate it to one of their allies?

In the situation here where they lose their ships, do they go to the nation that takes their last port or do they just 'dissapear'? I am assuming so, because I don't really see a reason to sink one's own ships otherwise.

My, those ships do have unattractive names! Red Rum? Dahaka? They sound like barbarian ships! I could not stand being on one of those vessels, they must be filled with mud and loud, drunken sailors! They need respectable names, say perhaps 'Gardienne Vermeille de les Mers'! That would be a real ship!

But alas, I have no ship to call my own. Perhaps one day, the world could see what a glorious sea captain I could make!
