i've looked in a lot of places ....some people say it is at the terrna plains but i checked there dug up every spot .....i can seem to find it.....need help please

I got one at Terana Plains. There were two Savage Sprouts in the battle, and the dig spot was somewhere near them. I suggest waiting until you dispose of all the enemies before digging it up. Those Ostrich monsters are pretty terrible.
