Phase 8 will start tonight with the addition of stats.

Declartion of intent will be due next week on Sunday (18th)

Due to the holidays, I will make the submission of the Battle Roster and Turn 1 Tactics open with an absoute deadline of December 31st. This should be plenty of time. If I can get all submissions earlier than that, we can proceed with the phase faster. Earlier submissions will get a "present" from me, too! (Hey, it's Chrsitmas!).

Question. Was the cost of fort-building reduced sometime in the past? I remember it being 15 PP to do.

It's still 15 PP, but those can be paid over numerous phases. Kooluk has been building Terraner's fort since phase 7.

Question, Highland would only have 12 PP since Protectorate territory doesn't give PP. Do they still have one of those "give 2 PP" special item thingamajik used?

Question: Since Kooluk will be invading and raiding Serpent's Cove, will there be need for two different group of units for each activity, or can it be done by one?
