I have a question: since I didn't have enough units to finish this battle, should it be considered a forfeiture instead of a victory? It's not like Edge Riou's unit defeated anyone. I just couldn't finish the fight.

I'm not sure, actually.
It counts as a victory if someone refuses a duel, so IMO shouldn't it count if Edge was ready to fight but Harmonia didn't have a 9th man available?

There has been one - Tinto versus Island Nations, phase 6, battle between Silver Lake and Morkata.
According to the events back then, Edge Riou does not gain a victory. But rules tend to change around here, so we have to wait for Sars Ad-Minh's ruling. |

| Here in Ohio, when we have schedlued duels and the other side is a no-show, it means the guy who showed up wins. I don't know what sort of milk-livered culture y'all live in, but that's how it is around these parts, so that's the rule here. |

Does that count for all forfeits or just forfeiting a duel? As in, Highlands forfeit at White Wolf Pass didn't give Jowston any victories.
