Phase 7 will start in one week. Please submit your Declaration of Intent by the 13th of November.

As a leader of a country, one should feel prepared to lead their forces to victory under any circumstances. That's what I learned from Suikoden. Speed is just one circumstance, just like depression or bad weather. Ready for Phase 7 Leb? Everyone?

This is going to be a heated phase. My thermometer can feel it!

Really? 'Cause I've always been sending it to Synchysi unless one says to send it to SARSadmin.

I'll just wait for SARSadmin's answer on this. I did usually send to Synchysi, but then again, he was the one who usually post this kind of thing. With Synchysi being very busy these days (and SARSadmin being the thread creator), I'm just wondering if I should send to SARSadmin for this phase instead.

Where are Harmonia and Jowston's new capitals? They aren't on the war map and I would assume that they should be public knowledge by now.
