my question is regarding the recruitmnt of GUNTER.
i saw on the guides that i will be able to recruit him (together with carrie, tristan, etc) once i liberate obel. i was able to find carrie and tristan on th same area (obel inn area) but I CANT FIND GUNTER.
to my surprise, he was still in middleport!... grrrr
he still offers me to play his game....
is it possible that my game had a glitch???
i dnt know if this will have any effect, but i already saw the scene on the deck.. (ramada's bird died) was thatthe reason why gunter is still on middleport?
crap... the second to the last star on the list....
grrr

play his game, go fight some battles, then see if he's relocated; try this a few times, since his relocation appears to happen randomly *i could be wrong on this-just basing it off my own game play.*

I think you have to play the game with him at another island too...
I couldn't find him, but then I played the game at Middleport and another island (Can't remember the name, the one with elves there)
He appeared in Obel for me then. I'm not sure whether this is what you have to do, but it worked for me. |

Yeah, you have to play with him in middleport, which'll make him move to Na-Nal. Play there and he'll move to Obel. Playing with him is the key.

Middleport > Na-Nal > Obel
That's the order. And don't worry about him not "leaving" any of the islands, because he'd still be in Obel if you've talked to him on the other two islands. |

Talk with him at the begining then on Obel then Nal-Nal after you get the boat this is the easyist way
