Cricket: The Ashes

Just wondered if anyone else is watching this, any Aussies out there? I know there are some Brits frequenting these boards but I'm unsure of how many Australians may or may not be here and paying attention to this.

So far at Lords today the batters on both sides have been reasonably poor. McGrath's been playing great for Australia in bowl and Harmison was good for England in getting Australia out for a very quick score of 190. Very respectable attack from England in bowling for sure but it doesn't match the level of Australia's since England currently sit on 25 for 5 which is pretty appauling even for us to be honest.

Anyway I'm hoping Geraint Jones and Kevin Pietersen can string something together and get England back on track so to speak. It would be a terrible shame to waste their good work of this morning while bowling. It will only take one good partenship to get in the range of Australia's score thankfully so we'll see what they can manage.
