Since normal members cannot post in the Battlefield forum, I'd like to ask the question (that has been asked by Shrew but not answered) here.

1. What is the significance of the ranking? Simply for eye-candy or actually significant in some ways (maybe related to new addition in Phase 6)?

2. Beside determining the ranking in case of nations have same territories, what's the role of the points? Nothing?

If it is somehow related to another addition for Phase 6 and would be answered during the announcement, then feel free to lock this thread and I'll wait for the explanation. =)
