I never saw a similarity with Kyle, other than they are both blondes and their sword seems like a Katana. When I saw the intro video, my first thought was that this guy would be the "blue" knight of the game, since there was another knight in the scene, as well with an older guy that looked like his leader.

And I gotta agree, that Kobold looks fearsome. It's about time we got a cool Kobold again too. Oh, and the more I see of the backgrounds, the more I fall in love with that direction in the art. To me it looks a lot like how they did them in FFIX, which I loved.

Thanks for the scans, Himuro! Now if we only knew what is said in the article... :P

Though something that needs to be pointed out. In the forth scan. Is that six slots for party members, or six slots to move four party members around in?

If I recall correctly, 2 slots are for support members.

If I'm reading his name right (the guy in the first scan), his name is Robert (or Roberto). Any confirmation?

He looks more like Flik to me than Kyle.

About the number of party members, doesn't it seem in the third scan, in the picture of the battle, that there are two empty spaces for battling characters? That, coupled with what Milan mentioned, could mean that there's 6 party members, unless Support Characters are shown in the battle that is.
